First Visit | To determine if we can help you, we ask questions, listen and perform a detailed functional examination. In most cases, care can begin on this visit. A typical initial consultation takes about 30-45 mins. For more details please click here

Second Visit | We’ll follow up on your first visit, answer any further questions you may have and outline a tailored programme of care. Your report visit will take about 15-30 mins.

Regular Visit | Ongoing visits will typically be 15 mins - but are just as, if not more important! Each visit builds on the ones before, improving the function of your spine and nervous system.
