Valid for 24 months from date of purchase. We are happy to refund unused visits at any stage - this will be calculated as purchase price minus visits used at standard fee. Not valid for ACC visits.
Cancellations
If you need to change an appointment, please advise reception as soon as possible to allow someone else to make use of that appointment time. No shows and same day cancellations will incur a $27 fee.
Terms of Trade
Payments can be made by cash, eftpos, credit card or online banking.
Payment is due on the day of service unless by prior arrangement. Overdue accounts may incur a late-payment fee of $7. If an account remains unpaid 30 days after the due date, it may be referred to a debt collection agency and will incur a collection fee.
