LIFESPACE room

The Momentum Space at Equilibrium is a tranquil urban oasis hidden in the heart of Nelson's CBD.

We like to refer to it as a lifespace - that is, a place for life enhancing activities.

This space is used for yoga classes, functions and various other courses and workshops.

If you teach yoga, pilates, meditation or movement classes or if you are in need of a modern space for workshops, weekly group business coaching or meetings - Our momentum lifespace room is available for one off or ongoing time slots at competitive rates.

Heated space, good lighting, AV equipment and projector also available. The room measures approx 12 metres by 5 metres. Access to a range of yoga equipment is available for use such as mats, blankets, bolsters, straps, foam blocks etc.
